The real estate taxes are based on raw land, yet the county has huge costs from kids in local schools, police dropping by several times a week, water and sewer.  

I would half recommend to ask for the police to stop by, but again, sometimes even a trespass warning won't really drive the point home.You might even consider installing cameras and posting security system sings.
