Bum in back of building

I have a bum in back of my building it is leaving a bunch of trash and pooping

all over it is bothering my tenants.

I Keep removing his stuff but he always comes back. He is in back of the building because there is a shade tree. I am thinking about cutting down the tree but there’s enough privacy back there I think he would still stay. A fence wouldn’t help because their areas accessible by and adjacent property. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

    @Brandon P.

    Call law enforcement and have him warned regarding trespassing. Then call every time he shows up the second he shows up and have him arrested. He's only there because he has been allowed to remain.
