There are great deals in Alabama (Birmingham for instance) but you need to be there because despite the fact that there are tons of properties on the market, there are very few that you can call "great deals" and once they come out on the market, you got to be ready (You snooze, you loose type of thing) If you made yourself familiar (I mean really familiar - cost, rent and rentability, quality, etc) with a good area of investing, your knowledge could be a gold mine to investors.

All the usual suspects show up.Indy, Memphis, Texas, Birmingham, Cleveland, Chicago, Kansas City etc etc.. then you have the resellers who state they are market agnostic. there is so much information about these companies the product etx.. that one simply does not need hours on the phone explaining it..

I'm sorry but if your talking the suburbs then ok I might be able to get on bread with that, like Royal Oak, or Berkley, Birmingham but anything downtown is really, really risky .
