His only had a wood stove centrally located with no other heat source but was used as a year round home.

Spent roughly $1500 for both the fridge and stove and they are nicer than what we have at my house!

We started offering weekly trash removal, fixing things around the home, going by the home if the guest had an issue with a television, a light bulb being out, a stove not working etc.

We started just over 3 years ago not providing appliances(mostly only stove and fridge) for our rentals on the southside of Chicago due to high tenant neglect we experienced the previous 6 years.  

If comps have dishwashers that may be the most affordable option. moving a stove over is not as pricey as completely changing the wall it is on.

In the process of finishing up my basement I want to put in a small kitchen and have been looking into different types of ranges/stoves.

There is no stove, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and the roof leaks.
