I think a lot of folks dont really know the rules and violate them in their first 10 posts only to be told by the mods they cant do that.. 

For example, we provide all shared supplies (trash bags, dishwashing pods, cookware, toilet paper for shared bathroom) so that tenants won't fight about whose turn it is to purchase supplies.

I love to post and hope to assist with advice when possible.PS For the mods, I'm not promoting or fishing for business.

I mean you may buy one note write the borrower and they agree to a mod first time out and it takes a short amount of time.or flip side they file BK  trash the place takes a long time to actually get the collateral only to have it wiped out.. now coordinate rehab etc etc.and everything in between right ?

Although I'm still learning the ins and-out of this business from reading posts and listening to Pod Casts by you guys. 

I highly recommend attending multiple networking events, listen to some pod casts, and continue to read. 

Keep your eyes open...moving vans, PODs, tall grass, newspapers in the yard...all the flyers you distributed last week still on the door. 

Listened to multiple pod casts an read a couple bigger pocket books.
