At the same time if we have made money that way maybe there is something to it.As a general rule the US students are much less respectful to their teachers than in many other cultures.

There is not a motivation to move beyond spending money as soon as it appears, that is the culture they have grown up in.I've had applicants scream at me when I've declined them because they don't meet my income criteria.  

This is a culturally southern county.

But I find that when I travel and learn about myself and get perspective on values and culture that it changes who I am and my why and what I value.

The building is old but it has been upgraded into a nice contemporary design with rusted metal trim and shade structures. 

I think bars and restaurants in urban cores will continue performing well over the next 3-5 years as food culture & family structure continues to progress (however these are generally high risk businesses).

People LOVE to give their opinion and pretend the expert, so you're learn a ton about the city, neighborhood, and local culture.
