I pay for all newspaper advertising, (yeah still done here) professional photographers, MLS fees, signs in the yard, post signs, flyers, $100 ebox sitting on the door for 6 months.

At the extreme end, possible unprecedented Presidential emergency powers the likes of which have not been seen since 1960's school desegregation cases or actions as extreme as those taken by the Lincoln administration during the Civil War (blockading ports, destroying or taking over newspapers and mass media, arresting governors and even congressmen, etc) and later during Reconstruction in the South; Wilson during WWWI, FDR during WWII, Bush and Obama post 9/11.

I guess this way is less cumbersome than going to the courts but you'll have to comb through a lot of newspapers.

I can only answer from the perspective of someone who lives in NC, but here we can only charge marketing fees (and for some reason they frown upon charging the cost of using an agent), but if you had newspaper ad costs, etc, then that would be ok.

They have not advertised this auction anywhere except the local newspaper; no where on the internet.
