He is 72, does quite well, owns a restaurant in town and has many properties including several in Rio de Janeiro and wants to unload some of his stuff as his children aren’t interested in REI.

Spend some time in the lumber area, pricing out things like studs, plywood, wallboard, etc.

We also looked at Floor & Decor, Lumber Liquidators, and Lowes, as well as some online shops. 

Unloading a marginally performing rental to free up some debt to buy a better property later.

I also am in the middle of a direct mail campaign that lead me to an owner here in Myrtle Beach that wants to unload an 8 and a 6 unit, I am rounding up numbers for both of them currently....  

I have one in each looking to unload asap.

Our local nearest real town is 32 miles and then 55 to a town with 2 lumber yards, over 130 miles to a town with a big box store like Menards or Home Depot.
