Notes are not real property and trying to play a game on some form of equitable upside realized from a discount on the balance will cause the loan to not sell and a seller from not actually wanting to do any future business with you.We would never allow ourselves as investors nor any of our clients pursue a deal that looks, smells or hints at any type of wholesaling.
