TO THE EXTENT of attacking CNN conservative speakers saying things like it need not have any conservative message on CNN.

:-)they sold properties  be it rentals they sold lots ( lehigh acres)  most of the rentals they sold were D class to some C class so they had a lot of issues with investor getting hammered kind of like Clayton Morris although not outright fraud like Morris.. just poor product  ( U know hood properties in detroit are not going to be consistent cash flow machines)  They also were a seminar fullfilment company who did the back end and marketing for your top name motivational speakers etc etc.

However, going shoeless is not in the American culture and such will not be seen as you or I may understand it.I saw later, the reason is to avoid detection of the flooring not being compliant, maybe rugs will work for you.Maybe if you have a fine, as I mentioned above applied to neighbor complaints, then just inform them that walking with heavy shoes on the flooring may cause noise on the ceiling below, may be the tenants will get the idea to walk quietly, might remind tem too that floor speakers with the stereo (if people still use them as I do) will also be an issue with that flooring.Just suggesting other ways to get the message across rather than imposing on them about shoes being worn.

Finally, the largest percentage of the speakers where also from CA and assuming many of them are invited back, why not make it a bit easier on them, considering they are doing it for free with no up sells!
