As Alan shared, if you used the PAR agreement there is language that pertains to the release of deposit money.

@Chris BluemAs you mentioned, S-corps, can be great for operating companies as it may allow for a savings on self-employment taxes.Be mindful that there are admin costs that go towards filing payroll tax returns and S-corp tax returns.There are unique tax laws as it pertains to short-term rentals.

This is a pretty in-depth process and not something that probably pertains to most properties being evaluated and discussed on BP.2.

For analyzing deals, I suggest you look up “cash flow” and “cash-on-cash return” as they pertain to real estate investing.
