The 2nd stage can be disabled easily if not required, the cost of the capital equipment is almost the same, but without the 2nd stage there's no "wiggle " room for outlier extremes in ambient temp. 

Disabled Vehicles: Disabled vehicles shall not be left on the premises for longer than 24 hours.

I am disabled and not able to get into most homes, so I am hoping to be able to trust my team to help me fully. 

It does come with its problems, like the tenants screwing up the hot water heater, or disabling and tossing out the smoke alarms (this is why I need to check in everyso often).

Hard to say how bad the State would want to put it to you but say a permanent disability or death was to happen what then?

I house hacked it for the first 7 years till I moved, I then rented it  out about 10 years ago.I've been a hard labor type my whole life, always able to go make a living working hard. 5 years ago I found out I had kidney failure, 2 years ago I officially became disabled.

All three will be basically disabled when you invest in a 2% property.

There is a possible legal issue with disabling the usual way that they pay the rent. 

The problem is, there is an "Apply Now" button on each listing on the TenantCloud website, which goes to their application, and I can't disable it.
