Meteors hit the earth quite often, but I don't walk around looking up in the sky in fear that I'll get hit by one.

I use earth tones on all my properties rentals and flips.

I would refer to a cost manual, such as Marshall-Swift, where costs for earth movement/fill are given, by the cubic yard.

While I don't believe the technology is there quite yet, I predict that in the next 50 years the tech will be there to live in space.Among the growing problems on Earth, climate change, population explosion, and international policy, life might not be sustainable for humans.

Thus, you need a building that can support staff so that even if you, the investor, sells or drops off the face of the earth, there's a team in place for the new owner(s) and business continues as usual.

So much work and craftsmanship down the tubes ... it is a shame though when I see those ones on Google earth or Youtube.

Since my earlier post (above) we have installed four of the Niagara (now being marketed under the AM Conservation Group brand) 1.5 gpm shower heads: two Earth and two Spoiler models.  

The thing is the property manager stop collecting rent about 5-6 months ago, and has disappeared off the face of the earth.
