We often have issues with ghosting, flagging, deletion - it's competitive out there. 

So i deleted that filter and it came back to 28,000.

You are looking to get rid of negatives on your report.There are ways to get things off of your account with a "payment for deletion".

I have posted ads with the typical "we buy houses", "sell your house for cash", etc and the posts get deleted in less than 5 min.

I am sure that deleting the $1,200 monthly car payment will mean at least 100K more in buying power for a future cash flowing mortgage. 

In some states you may purchase a certificate of some kind showing that you paid the delinquent taxes but we don't have any information on this procedure because there is no provision for it in Washington State law.If you obtain a list from us for research purposes, remember that you will need to come into our office or visit our web site periodically to delete those accounts that were paid since your list was printed.
