@Miguel Rodas I use a property manager.Back when I self managed, I used Cozy.

I use Cozy and I can turn off electronic rent collection at any time by clicking "end payments".

That’s one reason I’m stilling using Apartments.com—-another is having to ask my tenants to set up accounts again on yet another payment portal is too much after asking them to switch from cozy less than a year ago.

Zelle caps the very first time between two parties at $250 and subsequent transactions max at $2500.I saw someone else posted about Cozy reversing rent.

We also used the website/app Cozy to do most of our tenant screening and collect rents.

I’ll use Cozy to manage and have my brother make service calls.

@TJ Birgi I used the apartments.com platform back before it was acquired when it was called Cozy.
