Your sentiment is what I would expect from most of the users of the forum as they tend to be positive successful people.On the other hand twitter and GAB are so rampant with negative attacks at every turn I won’t even go there.

I suspect a letter from a lawyer which outlines these issues, will prevent them from a foolish action of attacking your credit or suing you.  

Correct this is where she currently lives and the plan is for her to continue to live there. she had a heart attack recently and is on disability. 

The current owners have tried again to reason with her and she gets wild and belligerent and has faked a heart attack.
