I don't know your heating/cooling situation but on remodels you could use a mini-split system.

I would check to see that you have the electrical capacity and install a microwave, coffee machine, mini-fridge, toaster oven and an electric kettle.

I have heard this answer to the condition of the weather in places where there are mini climes, "If you don't like the weather wait five minutes!".

But if your idea of relaxation is sitting on a mostly empty beach, maybe playing some mini golf, or hitting up the ice cream shops, I don’t think you can find a better place than Brigantine.
