I am flipping right now to build some capital and cash flow with the ultimate goal of purchasing large multi family residences to buy and hold for passive income in the near future.  

When you walk into a phone call, meeting etc. with this in mind it sorta makes the large issue silly, I often start meetings this way...to pull everyone out of the legal/expert arena and into....oh we are actually all trying to survive and syndicate a solution together.  

Ultimately, we're seeking to acquire long term buy/hold cash flowing multifamily properties (2-12 units... at least to begin) starting in the Milwaukee/Madison, WI area, but we'd be buying from an out-of-state position, since I'm currently stationed out in Maryland on active duty.

Just a couple things to consider if you think you would ultimately reinvest in another rental down the road.

Every dollar not earned directly effects your bottom line and you ability to survive.

How have they survived 2008-2009 crisis?

At the end of the day, the ultimate goal is of that, yes, day use would be in conjunction with overnight renting as well.

I ultimately got all my money...it just took a little longer.Anyway, good job on the preliminary research so you can avoid wasting any more of your time on this person.
