I don't know if you are working with the same turnkey company, but I have heard of similar issues coming up with a turnkey company in Indy on several occasions.  

We see each other on occasion in business circles that we are a part of.  

Lead Propeller sites look great and I've spoken with Danny Johnson on a number of occasions...he is a class act and knows what he is doing.  

I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it has happened on numerous occasions with many different cleaning crews.This issue with cleaning crews is a well-known problem in the Poconos that no one can seem to find a good solution to.

I live in STL and have visited Branson on a few occasions it's a great spot!

The seller almost pulled out on numerous occasions but again another story.

(On the rare occasion I had time for a date the girl would insist on driving her vehicle.)

Those are just the main 3 that I can think of that I've seen time and time again and even been taken by on a few occasions.

On two occasions, I stepped up to be the Lead, once temporarily and once permanently. 

On one occasion, I had to open an account at a bank where they already had one they used for their paychecks, but it was a free account so the process didn't cost either one of us anything.
