kim,i have had this problems in the past too. i have great/ well desired homes that are 3/1 or 3/2. sometimes they stay open for weeks/months and sometimes those same homes are gone within days. you are not doing anything wrong.the worst thing going against you is the start of schools. you should target (as you know, i am sure) having the house open around may-june. this is what i'd do... get the couple that wants just one year (if still option) and start advertising in early summer of 2015.

@Robert Kim In reference to the findings by the Sec and Exchange commission, it was not the owners of PFP that was charged for the wrong doing, if anyone is going to make a statement against someone they should take the time to read the filing in full.
