I work in the healthcare field and when I’m with patients I can’t answer these types of issues.

Would hate to be old person on a fixed budget buying medicine and paying higher rates to support free health care for non citizens.Etc etc.      

I am confident that I can keep all units consistently rented through connections I have with local healthcare workers and post graduate students in the area.

I'm currently work full time in the healthcare industry , and have a desire change that within the next couple years.BP has been an eye opener in just a short amount of time.

Dentistry is another field I'd consider going into if I were you.  

I will actually be stationed in Aurora, I work as a Healthcare Recruiter and I recruit Doctor, Nurses/ everything you can think of in the medical field.

I never formally introduced myself when I first joined BP last year.My main profession is in Healthcare IT.

Our job market is also based on largely on academia and health care, both stable/growing industries.

Although I’m in healthcare finance now, not making a whole lot money, I do have construction background, so I’m not afraid of a flip either.Then comes the question of how to get the mortgage for these properties...
