Hello,I'm interested in a property ~30-45 mins outside of Little Rock AR. 

Then with in the next ten years I want to move to NW Arkansas or SW Missouri.

I am new to the Northwest Arkansas area and want to begin investing in this location.

Does anyone know of any good contractors in Little Rock Arkansas?

Or start at the less expensive markets (Mid-West AR, IN, OH) with a higher cash flow, but little appreciation, and be able to get a few more properties?
