If this is a need to sell (due to a divorce), there should be some {downward} movement in the price.In your operating expenses, confirm all the expenses you can independently of the vendor (property taxes, utilities, etc) and do not forget things such as snow removal and lawn care.

The motion sensors seem to be pretty sensitive, ours has trigger 4 or 5 times in the last 2 weeks but none of the entry sensors have triggered so my thought is that they are (hopefully) picking up movement outside the windows, so try to place your sensors so this wouldn’t be an issue if possible 2.

Tagging on to what @Jonroy Connell said, $1000 may be for the sistering process however this doesn't seem to include the jacking & re-support process plus once everything is leveled, depending on how much movement was needed, you will have repairs on everything floor above.
