I'd finish off painting the porch, steps and all trim the same white as the house.And if the roof is worn out, replace it with black Architectural shingles.A white and black theme with a new black mailbox to the left of the door with black house numbers above it.Add a light to the porch ceiling and paint the front door dark bottle green.Then alarm it and put an Alarm sign in the front yard (in a very visible place).That would be my curb appeal for the front.Good Luck!

For this lot, we did all the environmental studies, grading plans, fire approvals, and landscaping plans, along with a preliminary architectural design since it helps with the sale if the buyer can "see" themselves living in the property.

A decorator can certainly add great value to a house, but a decorator will tend to focus more on staging and furniture (less-permanent aspects), whereas design is more concentrated on architectural pieces and built-in items while keeping the decorations in mind. 

What is the architectural style and approximate age of the house?

Does the architectural style of the house lend itself to just doubling down on the mid-century modern aesthetic?

My humble opinion.Not sure if you like the brick look or not or what the architectural style of your house is, but a lot of folks around here are facing their fireplaces (esp new construction -- have seen some re-modelers that know what they are doing do this as well) with a faux stone look.Something like this You could probably face the whole wall if you wanted including around the windows, or simply just face the brick portion.
