He was optimistic and honestly ignorant.

If your returns are good and you are making sound investment decisions (not over leveraging, not running cash-flow negative in search of over-optimistic appreciation), I say stick with what you know.

I'm optimistic that there will continue to be the need moving forward.

I am not 100% optimistic, as real estate runs in cycles, but I do not believe it will be as bad as 2008 - 2013; the downturn is likely in other areas, not necessarily real estate, to create a ripple effect of unpredictable pricing.

There is optimistic and nothing is wrong with that as long as reality is factored in.  

I have read about an easement but with our conversation with neighbors, I am less than optimistic.

I'm optimistic but have a good feeling about it even if I were to go an additional 5-6k I believe I could still be in the green.. like I said the past month I've seen a surge in pricing and heated competition.. yes it could be the spring/summer market but I think the prices are going even higher just based on the lack of homes and surplus of buyers

Maybe I'm being naïve but I'm an optimist and a risk taker so...fingers crossed. ;-)

I guess I've been too optimistic about the future outlook.
