I've always been curious about the behind the scenes.

Even with the state's restrictive lease/option...the crap scammers left the scene.

I personally haven't run into that on the site (I mean the whole 3 weeks I've been here lol-I'm fresh on the scene), but I'd assume that in many things it's the majority's goal to use OPM.

New York actually has worse wind than Chicago.Anyway.. the theater scene, sports scene and restaurants are amazing.

To be honest I think I worked less than 10 hours a week just calculating ARV's, making decisions etc behind the scenes while my rockstar assistant took over my place in the same Florida market that I was supposed to dominate. 

Being kind of behind the scenes a bit over the last year or so, I can tell you that it is almost embarrassing to think that I didn't trust his motives.  

Had you done any prior real estate investing before jumping into the apartment scene?

you can't leave the scene of any yard sale without first knowing whether they will be selling/moving or not.
