Is there a professional colored pictures that highlights the home and what is included in the rent for people to take with them?

Id like to highlight some of the history, (with photos) of the home.

Change your thumbnails so the first 5 photos are ALL of different features of your house.Second part of your description is bullet point format, maybe make the every beginning similar highlighting absolute best features

Obviously your car payments and day-job income and personal housing expense also goes into the math, I'm using a silly example producing an 80% and 0% DTI to highlight the difference - one makes your DTI go down (good thing), one makes your DTI skyrocket (bad thing).Your existing 401k typically takes care of the reserves. 

For some, the easiest way to do this is to go through the past 3 months of bank and credit card statements and mark each expense with a letter or highlight them.

B areas that are great to highlight in between Boston and Fort Devens would be the town of Ayer/Shirley itselfLowell/Chelmsford/Billerica and other Merrimack Valley townsFramingham/Marlboro/Hudson and other Metro West townsGoing more western ( such as Fitchburg, Leominster) apart from Worcester itself would be pretty C class area
