But to be fair, even w/ our stellar customer service record from time to time we've dropped the ball for one reason or another... it just happens with thousands of customers... so it may have been a hiccup in their system or something... but my guess is their support didn't "ghost" you, it was likely a systems issue or just bandwidth.

Now, you need to tell him, absolute no extensions on timeline, add 1 month as buffer (official term is float) for everything -- unworkable days, inspections, hiccups, etc --, so he needs to fit everything within that float.
