I was extremely happy with Sparkrent and greatly disappointed that it is closing.

Call him up and tell him that you're just so disappointed... everything has been great until now... why isn't it done... this will make it hard to do business in the future... etc.When that doesn't work, hire someone to come in and finish.

The investor is likely to experience disappointment in the long term.

I also admit that I'm disappointed in myself.  

If you're reaching for the top end of the market, going with real wood (be it solid or an engineered product with a thick enough wear layer to sand and refinished several times) is unlikely to disappoint.

And even those will probably disappoint you at some point.

I was just disappointed to see our monthly cash flow dip to about $50 per month.I'll definitely look into lowering our property taxes.  

If you are looking to make 100k a year on your own in RE very quickly it is going to be a very disappointing venture.

The only disappointment was that I had been encouraged to join BP for months and am just now getting involved.
