Its a single page sales copy webpage that just so happen to also be used by magic fat loss pills, known internet scam artist, and get rich quick schemes.

While this isn't a "huge" loan in the grand scheme of commercial real estate, I would be prepared to be able to show a net worth equal to the loan balance and liquid assets equal to 10% of the loan balance.  

State and federal licensing agencies would crawl so far up the rectum of everyone who participates in such a scheme that they would have a terminal case of constipation. 

It's not a get-rich-quick scheme, but a long-term investment strategy that can provide financial stability and passive income.
