You probably already know this but it's straightforward (and less than 5 minutes) to sync your current VRBO and Airbnb calendars such that you are free from manually updating.

I certainly would be interested, newbie to the community will check for updates.

Update: Stuck with the process, and ended up getting a contract signed for a BRRRR.

@Jess Wagner So, your real estate broker approved you to manage STR & MTR and they updated their E&O policy to cover this activity by one of their agents?

@Ed O. and @Lesley Resnick - since you were the only ones who ever chimed in on this one and I happened to logon, which is too infrequent these days, I figured I would update you...This is how it went down...1.

You can make a basement habitable, but not always rentable because the latter would require you to get an updated CO and convert the basement "unit" into a legal dwelling... which would mean your house would go from a legal-2 to a legal-3 fam. 

I have been updating the house and making the mortgage payments in the seller's name (kept his mortgage).
