Need Attorney with "Subject To Deals" Experience
I purchased a house as Subject to from an investor. He gave me the Power of Attorney from seller, filed general warranty deed and many other documents. I have been updating the house and making the mortgage payments in the seller's name (kept his mortgage). Concerned he may want to come back so how do I ensure the asset remains mine. I'd like an attorney to review all the docs I have to ensure everything that needed to be filed with the county has been done.
