Mike Shadid Foundation Consulting is good if you want to pay someone not affiliated with a foundation company to tell you what exactly is wrong and how you can fix it.

Go to his site Carlton sheets dot com (no I'm not affiliated in any way with him) they will ask for your email address (I gave them my spam email) and they give you his old courses online for free.

Your best bet is to find one with flexible pricing options based on your needs, excellent customer service, and an affiliate referral program.

I do know of a great property management company in Ohio but I must disclose I am affiliated with the owner @Engelo Rumora   He does property management heavily in Toledo, OH as well as southern Ohio around Dayton and Cincinnati.

I've also done word of mouth when I was university affiliated.

I am currently affiliated with Keller Williams and they have by far the best training and methods hands down.
