I have a call center take care of the renting (along with online portal) and then have a local person who we’ve trained to handle clean outs and simple maintenance.

I know many of the crowdfunding portals are providing backstops but unsure if PPR does the same.

We use our property software to allow tenants to pay by logging into their portal to set up an auto draft or one-time payment as well as sending money into our business account using Zelle or going into the bank and depositing their rent into our account using provided deposit slips so we can know who paid what. 

I did find numerous posts regarding FCIExchange and how it wasn't really worth buying notes on a portal such as FCI.

I know I can plug those case numbers in to the court portal online and get the details but I am unsure of how to tell if there is property attached. 

I mean the blood sweat and tears that come with real state proper...I observed a loophole as I am a member of the Outsider Club an online investor's portal.

And then there is technology: client portal, online services like bill pay, use of online or other electronic means of closing transactions.

Josh as you are new to being a landlord this is understandable but keep in mind no one can do what your asking for when they manage 100s of houses I don't care who the company or PM is.. rents are late often in this business  .. also this is what the on line portals are for you should just pop on .. and look at those. you cant expect instant communications as tenants may not answer their phone etc..

I have gone to the Missouri Business Portal and did find a lot of information on required licenses for real estate management.
