I'm a bit of a Montana girl at heart.

My personal residence is a house with a pool and an over sized backyard because I have a wife and little girl who love the outdoor and swimming (well, I do too).

Durham School of the Arts (grades 6-12) is highly regarded for art & academics- it requires a lottery for entrance; both my girls attended. 

During the day, the girls worked on the farms, and at night they returned to their barracks for military training just like the boys.

As others haev stated obtaining a loan for that will prove to be difficult in this climate.From what you describe it sounds like a solid property with great upside potential.Funny Joel, I actually prefer the smaller 1 or 2 bedroom units. for me it generally means single guy or girl or maybe a couple, no kids or large families which are much more wear and tear.

Although, if you are a long term real estate guy/girl, with a good history at the small community or local bank, you might be able to get them to jump on board.

I know the girl who is having the problem, and she is not trying to dodge her rent etc..I own several rentals, and she wanted my opinion.I agree that the medicine cabinet should not have been moved, and I also agree that animals to intrude crawl spaces etc.

It would be like you taking the prettiest girl on a date or Prom and someone comes up and steals her away.
