I still have yet to see anyone to fix this.At first it wasn't a huge deal because it worked "okay" but leaked a lot, and winter time in Miami I can just open my windows and its nice enough.

How is business during the winter time in the cold regions?

It is harder to find renters in the winter time.

Some people time flips by mistake to then sell at winter time and nobody wants to move in certain areas where the weather is harsh.

Sometimes you can get contractors for cheaper during the winter time.

Long story short, broken HVAC at my property during WINTER TIME, had NO HEAT.

Hi guys to expand on this ,with a duplex do you have a guy come around to do snow removal/ shoveling   In the wintertime .  

The 1st floor unit is out of town for work and it was going off at night when I would be asleep.If it was to a basement storage unit and it was to a tenant on the 2nd floor to flip the box because it's winter time. 

I understand you from cali, but you will spend close to $1300  just in snow removal for winter time, if we have a bad winter, not counting lawn care expenses in the summer.

The main GAS meter is used for FURNACE and because it's on owner's name, my tenants will use furnace for FREE and in winter times, the bill amounts are insane.I was told by property manager that the main meter for GAS and WATER would have to be on OWNER's name by LAW, which means I have to pay for utilities and that is eating away my cash flow.
