I want investors to look to me for these properties and for them to actually be great deals where everyone wins in the end. so my questions are; What are some key things investors are looking for in a deal from wholesalers? 

If you can break even over 5+ years on operations, than your win is the equity growth. 

They have to win first. 

The only people that win with turnkey investments are the turnkey companies.

Frankly, it seems that the credit card companies have created a mountain too tall for us to climb.

After 20+ years, I hear from so many who are more motivated by fear than optimism and make decisions based on not losing rather than a high probability of winning.
