Most legal pubs (at least the adjudicated publishers in CA) don't require the proposed exec or admin to provide their mailing address.

Suggestion: reach out to anyone marketing a unit for rent on the web, sign or newspaper.

As for vTiger, I believe it’s free version is self-hosted, which means you need to have your own web hosting infrastructure and domain setup to take advantage of their open source option

Instead of reading one of the many books and podcasts BP publishes on the foundational elements associated with REI, they would prefer that I take 1-2 hours out of my day on the phone to explain everything.
