Does anyone know of any Multifamily Seminars or conferences scheduled in the near future for the Wash,DC or Richmond areas?

Ours was bad, took 2 washes with TSP, yellow just dripping off ceilings and down walls, pooling on slab.

Come on mate, I’ve been in this game for way too long and I’ve seen the manipulation that goes on with many turnkey companies offering finance over the last 10 yearsAnd let’s not even get into the turnkey marketing sales companies pushing as many houses via financing just to get a fat commission on every property soldNot giving two dimes if an investor is solvent, and if they can afford it… 

Cleaners should be able to wash dishes, make beds and other misc soft set up work. 

My thinking was he would be a longer term tenant with less risk of not being able to pay (after 6 months).

My employees wash their vehicles and muddy equipment every day and they put a massive amount of rocks, nuts and bolts, wood and all sorts of debris into the pump and it never failed one time.Since my pump handles both rain water and the water my employees use to wash their equipment every day I installed a specially made system with electronic valves that makes the water they wash their equipment go into a sediment and filter box and then into the city sewer system and when it rains the electronic valves have a sensor that detects water coming from the roof drain downspouts and valves switch to make the water from the parking lot go into the street.

A brokerage's focus, is on the revolving door, putting butt's in seat's and milking the averages because we know 80% will immediately wash-out, of the remained 80% will do little for next few years before also washing out and make us some $, and what's left is our pay-checks.

It might be a wash cost wise with much less risk and cost, and it would be a lot easier to sell later.
