Make sure your plans are engineered from someone reputable (don't trust the builder's guy unless you can verify their trustworthiness). 

It seems to be any time but I’m trying to verify

They didn't verify anything but apparently are telling people I am a scammer which helps me understand why I am no longer getting any traction on Facebook.Further, the person private messaging me spent (literally all night long) researching me and sending me messages insisting I am a scammer.  

Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

Titan was able to track the funds to verify that the second attempt did in fact go through (with no need to try for a third time!)

Once the work was completed we alerted the inspector and tried to get him back out ASAP to verify, but he wouldn't get back to us.

In my area it is easy to verify property taxes and I have a good insurance agent that that I talk and as a result have a good working knowledge of what they cost will be in my area.
