I saw that case published last year and as I understood it, it didn't impact the ability to create a superlien by redeeming a tax deed, only the ability for a superlien holder to raid any excess funds from the original tax sale.

As I mentioned above, I never understood CFD's in non-judicial states, they make sense in places like Indiana, Ohio and some places in the midwest but in the south, they are essentially useless.
