Moved to the Triangle one year ago and am finally feeling stable enough to fully dive into real estate.

Marco:- Heath Sector is one of the major employers → increased aging population/more job growth - Bioteh, fuel cell research & tech sectors all growing → forbes speculates could be next tech hub- Opportunity Corridor (projected to complete in summer 2022) → revitalize the "forgotten triangle"- Large businesses coming in & staying → Plug & Play (start up accelerator funding company), Link 59 (62,000 square foot complex), Sherwin Williams, NASAMicro- Great PTR ratio → Great cashflow- Strong renter's markets → over 50% renter occupied- Barrier to entry is low → scalable- BRRRRableNeighborhoods (highest appreciation rates)Detroit Ave / W 25th StW 25th St / Walton AveW 6th St / Literary RdRoute 422 / Broadway AveW 7th St / Marquardt AveCastle Ave / Scranton RdDetroit Ave / U.S.

The location before this, I was still learning thedifference between triangles and rectangles when I bought theproperty (all 3 acres aren't the same).

So I am a Realtor as well, in the Triangle and Triad area and joining Charlotte shortly.

Also, I'd stay away from what we call "the iron triangle" and the Nellie B area that I think you're referring to on the eastside.

If one of those parts of the triangle is missing, then you're in for more headache than it is worth. 

I’m running the numbers on property in the Triangle area to purchase my first rental.

I'm looking to learn about investing in the Research Triangle of North Carolina.

There is overall less crime and better jobs due to the Research Triangle Park.I focus on self-storage, but glad to refer you to folks who do multifamily or single-family investing.
