Rocket Mortgage and a few other large lenders such as United Wholesale Mortgage release their wires first thing the morning of signings to the title company or closing agent without need of funding approval (which is greatly appreciated when dealing with different time zones/disbursements to a seller during a purchase).

That said, it comes with it's own issues of time zone differences, communication and cultural differences, etc, but overall from my perspective I would rate it as a positive experience so far.Bookkeeping is incredibly important since it is the foundation of your tax reporting, your investor reporting, analysis of the performance of your investments - it isn't something to skimp on.
