I'm trying to figure out the sweet spot between utilizing the space to expand my client base, while also not sounding too, spam/sales-y.

I own out of state as well, but it's a blocking and tackling, hands on, dirt in your fingernails game if you want to earn the return to make it worthwhile.

I do prefer it over having a VA do it since most VA's come up as spam, and to get the ones that are really good at it are costly.Would love any recommendations you have of who you know that has experience with mailers.
