I just saw that Antonella Parra Gonzalez, a third-grader at Harris Elementary School in Gilbert Public Schools, recently received the Arizona English Learner Students Success Story Award.Here in Austin, many investors are asking me to set up searches in Eanes ISD, Round Rock ISD (that also cover some homes within the Austin city limits), and then of course Leander and Lake Travis ISD.

@Tom OchiengI would reach out to a real estate attorney for specific advice on this situation since you already have one tenant who is being difficult.On a side note, when I have inherited tenants, I have been most successful when I have provided longer non-renewal notices, like 60-90 days, and offered to assist with moving costs.

.- Working a W2 as a firefighter, posting and consuming content- Leaving my W2 to dive deep into real estate investing and working as an agent... and still watching/posting content all while business was ok - Deleting social media apps (one have one on my phone that I use 10 minutes or less a day), diving deep into building my business and skills which have drastically increased due to pure focus and increasing my business significantly- moral of the story... focus on the things you need to do in business (dollar productive activities) and life experiences while reducing consumption will increase your success
