When I tried following up with Delta, they did not have an answer for me and simply said that they would just stop all progress on my construction until I made the payment for the first draw.

Others are owned by private individuals and are for profit ventures, often affiliated with their other business ventures. 

I just wanted to learn and hear more why you stop using stessa and cozy free versions and why you went with RentRedi.
