Hi, Im Keyzhier new to wholesaling in Harrisburg Pa, seeking investment opportunities and experienced mentors to show me the ropes for getting started in land deals!!!

Until that started getting difficult.

A CPA just starting out is unlikely to have much practical experience yet. 

My current goal is to analyze properties for potential deals on BP pro daily and start wrapping my head a general understanding of the process. 

But it's playing with fire to buy there if STR is a priority as it's very likely they will eventually start enforcing it better.
