The extra cash has made it possible for me to go online and source needs (groceries, pantry staples, etc.) without having to worry about the cost.

Personal attacks aside, you and I are pretty much saying similar things - service oriented neighborhood staples, in the right locations, will remain in spite of Amazon and Walmart. 

Over the past couple of years we've seen that nearly clear, and with the current global uncertainty I wouldn't be surprised if investors who had interest in branching out to smaller, more up and coming markets, start to fall back on the larger staple gateway markets of NYC, Miami, LA.

Bridgewater is also a staple with good schools, taxes, family oriented and good commuting.

You can staple or file papers for them at their office or at one of their conventions. 

Does staples have these or anywhere like that?

@Jay HinrichsReminds me of a regular poster to BP that says he buys the cheapest carpet he can find, no pad, and staples the carpet down at the edges.

We also pointed out the various nail pops and injuries sustained from the fraying carpet and loose staples.  

The key is to establish accounts with your LLC at places that don't require a personal guarantee, such as Wal-Mart, Staples, Home Depot, etc.
