I discovered that there is very strict federal regulations (google TCPA Oct 2013) in regards to pre-recorded voice messages or "broadcasts" and that you need written consent a.k.a opt-in prior to calling these people.

It broadcast the property to many different marketing sites such as zillow, trulia, and many others.  

I'm not sure about the forum rules, and I don't want to give a broadcast promotion.

I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets broadcast for a while now.

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.

That said, if class sizes in CPS hit 40 kids per class, the CTU strikes, services get cut and soccer moms start to worry about their kids safety, many on the north side will gladly pay slightly higher taxes to avoid these problems - especially if everyone else is doing it. 

Grind it out, door knocking, handing out your business card to other parents at your kids soccer games, telling everybody you meet what you do, getting a client, working super hard for them so you have no time for e farming so your lead gen stops, then starting it up again once you're done with that client.
