Hi. My name is Li Na McCullough. I am interested in flip or hold. I have two rental properties. One of the properties I recently finished rehabbing. Now I'm stuck in this situation: I want to sell it to get out that neighborhood. But considering how much money I put into the property, I'm not able to get good return. If I rent it, the place is too nice for rental. (I guess we over-rehabbed.) At this point, should I go ahead sell it for a loss, or just rent it out?
I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets broadcast for a while now. It gave a lot of good advice. I hope I can get some feedback.
